Listen Labs launches with $27m funding

US – AI consumer research company Listen Labs has raised $27m in a Series A funding round.

Listen Labs, which is based in San Francisco and has a team of 10 people, was founded by Florian Juengermann and Alfred Wahlforss, who met at Harvard and previously launched image-generating app BeFake in 2023.

The funding round was led by former Qualtrics investor Bryan Schreier of Sequoia Capital and had participation from Conviction and Pear.

Listen Labs helps users to create research questions, identify participants and run audio and video interviews.

The company then uses large language models create reports, highlight reels and PowerPoint presentations for clients based on the information from consumers.
