These are Clare Hayward, director at leadership, talent and engagement consulting firm Cirrus (pictured), Simon Carter, executive director of Marketing at Fujitsu UK & Ireland, and political consultant Chris Guyver. According to the announcement, the appointments are part of a new strategy for the firm, which is preparing for significant growth over the next three years.

“As we enter our tenth year of unbroken growth, we have in place a new ambitious strategy for diversification and expansion, so we want the very best talent to help ensure that we keep on track and achieve our plans," said Andrew Hawkins, ComRes founder and chairman.

“The calibre of non-executive director we have been able to attract speaks volumes about the power of ComRes as a brand as well as our strong team, client base and track record.  We have always sought to surround ourselves with the very best talent and today’s appointments are very much aligned with that goal."
