CRC Research buys Consumer Vision

CANADA – CRC Research has acquired Toronto-based qualitative research agency, Consumer Vision, from Leger for an undisclosed amount.

It follows the company’s recent purchase of Research House and Head Research and makes CRC Research the largest qualitative research company in Canada.

CRC Research now owns 16 focus group rooms in Toronto and its surrounding area, as well as  offices in Vancouver and Montréal.

Ed Gibson, owner of CRC Research, said: “This market consolidation allows us to offer our clients the same quality of service and the best qualitative facilities across Canada.”

Jean-Marc Léger, president of Leger, added: “The sale of Consumer Vision is in line with our company’s current digital shift. Over the past few years, we have made acquisitions to develop a technological offer to measure the customer’s real-time experience with our Leger Metrics, Legerweb panel, Leger Digital and Leger Analytics divisions.”
