CX research and media platform Dash Network launches
The platform offers research and advisory services, news and analysis and virtual and live events to CX practitioners and service providers.
Dash Network was founded by Clint Wheelock, formerly chief research officer at Omdia, and Jonathan Keller, previously managing director at digital media and research business Light Reading, part of Informa.
The company’s journalists and industry analysts produce qualitative and quantitative analysis about contact centre technologies, customer data and analytics, customer data platforms, customer insights, customer relationship management (CRM), personalisation and optimisation, and employee experience.
It will have a particular focus on the financial services, healthcare, retail, telecoms, travel and hospitality sectors.
Clint Wheelock, co-founder and chief executive, said: “Technology solutions for CX are evolving at a rapid pace, as are the best business practices for enabling a more integrated, omnichannel experience within both B2B and B2C markets.
“CX practitioners will require independent, insightful news analysis and market intelligence to optimise the customer journey from product discovery to the point of purchase to customer service and beyond.”
