Dynata launches data solutions unit

US – Data services business Dynata has launched a unit focused on developing first-party data solutions following its acquisition of Reimagine.

Dynata Solutions has been established to expand the company’s data services in media, advertising, CRM and activation and boost innovation in its existing products, using AI to create automated and self-service tools.

Hugh Davis, co-founder of Reimagine, has been appointed as president of the new unit.

The company has also reorganised its sales and operational units into one integrated structure. Keith Price, co-founder of Reimagine, has been named president, customer experience, Americas. He will lead the company’s approach to customer experience for clients in the Americas region.

Gary Laben, chief executive, Dynata, said: "The creation of Dynata Solutions will accelerate product innovation to meet the data-centric marketing needs of our clients, and greater alignment around our customers in the Americas will enable us to improve execution and increase efficiency for their businesses."
