FocusVision boosts senior team with three new hires
Thierry D’Hers (pictured) will be responsible for leading the company’s product development organisation. D’Hers joins FocusVision from Tableau Software, where he held the role of vice-president of product development. His prior experience also includes Microsoft.
Mark Sonders has been hired to lead the company’s global sales and marketing, with previous roles including Vertafore and Thompson Reuters.
Chris Nagy has also come on board to oversee FocusVision’s financial strategies and resources. Nagy’s experience includes Vela Trading Technologies, Radianz, NYFIX and Blackrock.
Founded in 1992, FocusVision has offices in the UK, US, Bulgaria and Singapore. The appointments follow the company’s introduction of a new business strategy in January, involving the integration of its various research tools under one single brand.
Zlatko Vucetic, chief executive, said: “FocusVision has identified key areas for continued business evolution. Chief among such is a focus on providing solutions that deliver optimal experiences to our clients. Thierry, Mark and Chris will be integral in leading these strategic initiatives, and overall business innovation. These important hires come on the heels of a successful rebrand, and foreshadow more business and product announcements to come.”
