Future Thinking launches customer experience platform
The technology includes an in-built survey engine, interactive dashboards and an action management tool. Clients can use the platform to embed internal and external data sources and identify customer trends and opinions using data and text analytics.
Soft-launched a year ago for testing, the platform is now live.
Myles Baker, sales manager of analytics platforms at Future Thinking, said the new offer will help clients to “proactively engage with customers in real-time to better understand their needs and inform strategies to manage and improve customer relationships”.
