Founded in 2014, Innovaccer builds insights products for healthcare organisations. Users of its data platform include Iowa’s Mercy Accountable Care Organization, UniNet Healthcare Network in Nebraska, and StratiFi Health Network.

The company, based in Silicon Valley, California, and Noida, India, raised $15.6m in Series A funding in 2016.

Innovaccer says it plans to use the latest funding to make improvements to its platform, including adding more machine learning capabilities and linking its connectors to more healthcare data systems including electronic health records.

Abhinav Shashank, chief executive at Innovaccer, said: "This latest investment fuels our mission to unlock the potential of data for everyone in the healthcare ecosystem to drive improved outcomes and cost savings."
