Ipsos Healthcare launches syndicated lab mapping study
The new study – which currently covers the US but will soon be rolled out in Europe, Australia and China – delivers a comprehensive picture of the laboratories involved in cancer biomarker testing.
The data collected from lab directors enables subscribers to: map out the type, structure and workforce of the laboratories; capture details around testing volume and tissue flow; and break down the volume of testing carried out by cancer type and methodology of biomarker testing.
Pieter De Richter, head of Ipsos Healthcare’s molecular diagnostics portfolio said: “Given the complexity of this industry and the great variety of different commercial and non-commercial laboratory types, this provides a tool for companies seeking to plan and implement a companion diagnostics launch strategy.”
