JD Power partners with Corporate Insight
The partnership between the two firms will integrate JD Power’s benchmarking of healthcare consumer satisfaction and behaviours with Corporate Insight’s digital experience benchmarking audits and weighted gap analysis.
The two companies said the agreement would help healthcare clients to assess member sentiment and develop strategic investment roadmaps, conduct trend analysis of digital journeys and consumer behaviour, and understand and anticipate insurance customers’ needs.
Michael Ellison, president of Corporate Insight, said: “Our research shows that virtual care is one of the highest priority development areas, as members place strong importance on video conferencing and live chat on the web, as well as quick, pain-free self-service capabilities on the mobile app.”
