Leger acquires Ressac

CANADA – Market research and analytics company Leger has completed the acquisition of digital marketing agency Ressac for an undisclosed fee.

The acquisition will allow Leger to offer its clients new services in custom digital campaigns, customer segmentation, optimising advertising messaging and prioritising platforms.

Following the acquisition, Ressac will retain its existing branding and leadership team.

Leger is a Canadian-owned market research, political polling and analytics company, with more than 600 employees in eight Canadian and US offices.

Ressac is a digital marketing agency that specialises in branded content and media performance.
