MFour adds customer experience in-store tool
The service uses location-based surveys to obtain feedback from consumers on their customer experience right after they have left a shop or a restaurant.
Researchers using the tool can assess respondents’ views on staff performance, store ambiance, product placement and the checkout experience.
It is the latest in a number of location-based research tools developed by MFour, using the company’s mobile research app, Surveys On The Go.
Chief executive and co-founder Chris St. Hilaire said it offers “customer experience teams and brand marketers the data they need to understand complex in-store realities quickly”.
