MRS launches inclusion survey
The survey, run in partnership with Kantar and Versiti, is designed for professionals working in market research, insight and data analytics.
It will collect data on self-identification in terms of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation and social class, people’s views and experiences of diversity, inclusion and equality in the workplace, and the impact of Covid-19 on these issues.
The survey data will be used to inform MRS’s diversity and inclusion programme, and follows similar research carried out three years ago.
Overall findings from the survey will be shared with the government and other stakeholders. Data will be anonymous and responses will only be used for research purposes and treated as aggregates.
The survey is open until 11th September.
