MRSS launches social media insights division

INDIA – Majestic Research Group has created a social media insights practice and appointed Priyanko Sinha as client servicing director, social insights.

MRSS India will build social media strategies and act as a social media consultant.

Raj Sharma, chairman of MRSS India said: “This space was ignored by most market research firms and digital agencies were providing these services.”

However, he said that as this area increasingly falls under the remit of market researchers, the agency felt it was time to develop specific skills to extend its services to existing and new clients.
