New managing partner for Nexxt Intelligence

CANADA – Conversational artificial intelligence (AI) company Nexxt Intelligence has announced that Phil Sutcliffe is joining as managing partner.

Sutcliffe (pictured) will be based in London and spent 27 years in client and research leadership roles at Kantar before starting his own consultancy, Triple i, in March 2020. He joins after partnering with Nexxt Intelligence over the past year to run a number of successful projects together for various clients.

He will work with the team to help drive growth for the business as the company’s Inca platform becomes available to clients on a software-as-a-service basis from next month.

Sutcliffe, who is making an investment in the company, said: “I’m delighted to be joining Nexxt Intelligence; having used Inca myself, I know that it delivers deeper, better insights for clients.

“The conversational AI means participants are more engaged, provide more considered answers and rich open-ended feedback, which the AI automatically themes and delivers to the Inca dashboard.”
