OpinionRoute promotes two to leadership team and hires SVP
The company said that Kayla Cousineau (pictured left) had been promoted to chief operating officer, having served at OpinionRoute since June 2022 as senior vice-president operations.
In her new role, Cousineau will assume company-wide responsibility for operations, including product, services and people.
Richard Ratcliff (pictured centre) has been named as OpinionRoute’s first chief trust officer, having previously been chief product officer.
His new role will focus on security, quality and the ethics behind today’s technology usage in survey research.
Mary Herzak (pictured right) has been appointed senior vice president, growth, having previously worked at Merative, formerly IBM Watson Health.
Herzak will lead OpinionRoute’s sales organisation following the company’s 2023 launch of its research operations workflow platform NavigatOR.
OpinionRoute chief executive Terence McCarron said: “OpinionRoute’s role is to be a true partner for survey researchers who want to level up their quality, modernise processes and value their talent in new ways.
“Our leadership structure tells a great story about the value we bring to the industry.”
