Oppies 2025 opens for entries
The Oppies recognises organisations, teams and individuals on the operations and support side of the industry.
This year’s scheme includes a new category of Best Place to Work – Operations.
Commenting on the new category, Jane Frost, chief executive, MRS, said: "When times are tough or uncertain and you naturally want your staff performing as well as they possibly can, it is particularly important to ensure you create a work environment that respects them and makes it easier to turn in a great performance. That’s what this award is about."
Other categories in the scheme include Operational Excellence, Operations Future Leader and RAS Independent Recruiter of the Year.
Entries are now open for all categories in the Operations Awards, with a deadline of 4pm on 28th May.
