US – Chicago-headquartered market research agency Orchard has appointed Ini Inyang as account growth director.

Inyang (pictured) was most recently global head of research and insights at Lucky Beard and has held client-side roles at Procter & Gamble, Heineken and The Clorox Company.

Her experience in research and consumer insights includes healthcare, consumer packaged goods, financial services and health technology.

The appointment follows Orchard’s recent round of investment, announced at the end of 2024.

Inyang will be instrumental in driving client partnerships and fostering business growth as the company expands its offer.

Rashed Chowdhury, chief executive and president at Orchard, said: “Ini’s deep industry expertise and strategic insights make her a perfect fit for Orchard as we scale our business and redefine how brands understand consumer behaviour.

“Her ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable strategies aligns perfectly with our mission.”
