Slade (pictured) was previously a senior researcher at Mind+Matter, specialising in pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare market research.
She began her career at Blueprint Partnership, focusing on qualitative research in diabetes and oncology, and later worked at Ashfield Insight & Performance (now merged with Mind+Matter) and Adelphi Research.
London-based Purdie Pascoe recently appointed Lena Belz to the newly created role of operations director.
