SMS hands over to next generation
After 28 years running the Newcastle-based business Joy Maxwell and Judith Scrivener are handing SMS over to their respective children, Nicholas Maxwell and Lesley Wright.
Wright and Maxwell (pictured with SMS team) said they shared the same commitment to market research as their parents, believing it essential in all business strategies, as it provides the insight required to develop products and services to meet precise customer needs.
In a statement, they said: “We’re delighted to be taking over the reins at such a key stage in the development of the company. We pride ourselves with keeping abreast of the latest research methodologies and have ambitious plans for growth and hope to be increasing the workforce in the near future.”
