Lewis (pictured) will be tasked with driving consistency and increasing customer satisfaction at the company, and will work closely with Emily McCarthy, who was promoted last month to head of customer success.

The customer success division was established last month, and will provide resources and support for the agency’s clients and help them to access its various products and services.

Lewis’ prior role was as vice-president customer success at Crisp Thinking, and she also used to be the head of digital strategy at Intermarketing Agency.

Paul Wilson has been appointed as business development manager at Strat7 ResearchBods, having previously worked in a variety of software-as-a-service and market intelligence sales roles, including at Hitwise and ContentCal.

Gordon Sherratt has also joined Strat7 ResearchBods as head of IT. He previously worked for LADbible.

Strat7 ResearchBods has expanded its project management team, with Kelsey Cathchpole joining as trainee project manager and Caitlin Fletcher as project support administrator.

The new hires follow the company’s rebranding over the summer of 2020, having formerly been known as ResearchBods. The company became part of Strat7 in 2019, joining Bonamy Finch and LiFE. Crowd DNA last month became the fourth company to join Strat7.

Jonathan Clough, managing director at Strat7 ResearchBods, said: “Our teams have worked incredibly hard to help navigate clients through this unprecedented time.

“As a business we feel extremely grateful to have ridden the storm and are delighted to welcome talented new people to our team.”
