Verve expands senior team

UK – Culture, communities and digital research business Verve has made several senior appointments and promotions, including Vicki Britton as executive director, marketing.

Britton (pictured) was previously communications director at Verve, having been with the company for more than 12 years.

In her new role, Britton will lead Verve’s marketing and communications work.

Verve has also hired Jadwiga Kozubek as director to lead work for one of Verve’s biggest clients, John Lewis.

Before joining Verve, Kozubek was strategic insights director at Streetbees, and has also worked at companies including Kantar and BVA BDRC.

Melissa Birkett has been promoted to director, having previously been research director, and will continue to work on major strategic projects focused on human and cultural intelligence.

Daniela Lipkin has been promoted to associate director after five years at the company, having previously been research manager, and will take a lead role in Verve’s Boots account.

Verve has made three further promotions across its research team, with Will French becoming research manager, and Charlie Lancaster and Anna Jones moving up to research executive.

In Verve’s operations team, Madalina Khan has been promoted to senior community manager, Diana Danaila to senior data processing executive, Oana Dimache as community manager and Irina Caratasi becoming project manager.

The Manchester hub has appointed Sam Winterbottom and Carla Berzolla as research mangers.

Berzolla was at Manchester-based Mustard for three years prior to joining Verve, while Winterbottom spent seven years at InSites Consulting.
