WPP buys AQuest
Based in Milan and Verona, it employs more than 70 people and specialises in UX and UI design, production and consumer experience. Its clients include Gucci, Bulgari, Mercedes, Poliform and Smeg.
The purchase is part of WPP’s strategy to "provide transformative ideas and outcomes for its clients through an integrated offer of communications, experience, commerce and technology".
This deal follows its recent announcements that it is selling its share of Chime and that final negotiations are taking place with Bain Capital to buy a majority stake in Kantar.
