Martin is currently a non-executive director and chair of the audit and risk committee at operating company Zegona Communications, and until recently also held the same role on the board of online property portal Rightmove.

His prior executive experience includes financial chief positions at The Engine Group, Rok and Tempus Group.

Martin’s appointment is effective from 1^st September. From 1^st November, he will chair the board’s audit and risk committee, succeeding Nick Jones, who will remain on the committee.
