MARC Research appoints new vice-president of insights and strategies
Schmall (pictured) brings more than 25 years’ industry experience to his new role, utilising research to unlock insights on new products, innovations and emerging technologies. He began his career as director of forecasting at JD Power & Associates.
In 1997, he co-founded The Planning Edge, a research and analytics firm, where he led the company’s analysis and business development.
Most recently, Michael served as a vice-president on the Automotive and Mobility team at Escalent, where he was responsible for analytics and consulting for a wide array of companies and organisations.
In addition to automotive and mobility experience, Michael has supported clients in a range of industries, including food and beverage and technology.
Senior vice-president Lynn Dagar said: “With Michael on our team, we’re excited to be able to offer our customers additional expertise and insights to grow their business.”
