Mediaprobe appoints Kynetec exec as COO
Johnson has spent the last five years in an advisory role at Mediaprobe, which analyses an individual’s behavioural response to consuming media content.
He has now joined Mediaprobe full-time as COO.
He has previously spent ten years as executive director, global research at Kynetec, the agricultural and animal health insights firm.
Before that, Johnson held senior roles across operations, technology and innovation at market research firms Ipsos and The System 1 Agency.
The executive is also an executive committee member of the ASC, the UK association focused on the promotion and best practice of technology in research.
Mediaprobe CEO and founder Pedro Almeida said that Johnson was the “perfect fit” for the role.
He said: “His advisory role during the past five years has been invaluable helping us through our early days and supporting our growth to become the business we are today.
"The knowledge he has of our business, combined with his proven track record as a senior operational leader and multi-award-winning technology innovator, makes him the perfect fit as the exciting Mediaprobe journey continues.”
Earlier this month, Portugal-headquartered Mindprober rebranded to the new name Mediaprobe, saying the new name reflects its “next-generation” media measurement offering.
