20/20 Research’s iModerate launches (iM)mediate
In response to the increasing need for speedier responses, this product is designed for testing concepts, advertising and messaging in particular.
For each piece of stimuli tested, clients receive a First Impression Score, a quantitative indicator of respondent reactions, and iModerate then gives qualitative feedback for greater depth.
Julia Eisenberg, vice-president of operations at iModerate, said: “Researchers and marketers need answers quickly so they can provide stakeholders with recommendations and information to support more decisions.
“With (iM)mediate, we’ve combined the best of both our technology and our human intelligence to provide meaningful insights faster than ever before, without compromising client time-lines or resources.”
