Adelphi Research brings new talent into the agency

UK — Healthcare market research consultancy, Adelphi Research UK, has made two new hires and three internal promotions to support its business growth.

Caroline Coe and Jo Thompson have both been promoted to the role of research director, while Emma Tweats has been moved up to research manager.

Coe has been with Adelphi for nearly nine years and has a background in qualitative research with a particular interest in patient and consumer healthcare research. Her new role will include leading one of Adelphi’s two internal research teams (Team Inspire), effective from the beginning of August.

Thompson began her career in consumer research, specialising in quantitative and online research and has developed increased engagement methods including applying gamification mechanics; she has been with Adelphi for seven years.

Of the new recruits, Kris Barker has joined as a research manager and Steve Loasby as a research executive. Barker was previously part of Adelphi’s global research team but has spent the past few years working in the public sector.
