‘C3 AI CRM’ is AI driven and is integrated with CRM tool Microsoft Dynamics 365 and web analytics and online marketing platform Adobe Experience Cloud.

The new tool also works with C3.ai’s data and AI models, and will cover areas such as marketing, sales and customer service. C3 AI CRM will integrate and unify structured and unstructured data and help companies to generate predictive insights.

Other features include tools for forecasting revenue, predicting product demand, identifying and reducing customer churn, and segmentation, marketing and targeting.

The tool is initially aimed at companies working in industries such as financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, oil and gas, manufacturing, utilities, aerospace, automotive, public sector, defence and intelligence.

Satya Nadella, chief executive of Microsoft, said: “This year has made clear that businesses fortified by digital technology are more resilient and more capable of transforming when faced with sweeping changes like those we are experiencing.”

Shantanu Narayen, president and chief executive of Adobe, said: “The combination of Adobe Experience Cloud together with the C3 AI Suite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 will enable brands to deliver rich experiences that drive business growth.”
