Advertising export tool launches
The tool, which is on the UK Advertising, Made Global website run by UKAEG, provides case studies of the services, skills and expertise offered by UKAEG members and is free to use for international buyers.
The tool has been launched alongside the UK Department of International Trade to promote UK advertising and marketing services to customers worldwide, and includes company directories, search by sector function and case studies of projects from around the world.
Users of the tool can add companies to a personal shortlist and provides contact details for featured businesses.
UKAEG is a government-backed industry body seeking to promote UK advertising in key international territories including China, Japan, South Korea, North America and Europe.
The UKAEG is run by the Advertising Association, the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), Advertising Producers Association, the British Promotional Merchandise Association, and the Creative Industries Council.
Janet Hull, chair of UKAEG, Member Creative Industries Council, and director of marketing strategy at the IPA, said: “The UKAEG brings great value to its members and to the UK advertising’s potential on the world stage.
“£21m worth of new business was generated from UKAEG trade missions last year and our unique new business tool will accelerate these marketing opportunities even further.”
