Aimee Welsh promoted to Join the Dots leadership team
Welsh (pictured) joined the agency as senior research executive 11 years ago, before becoming research director. She was promoted to head of the talent team in 2017.
Welsh’s promotion is part of an internal restructure at the company into two divisions, led by Adele Mann, operational strategy director, and Andy Cumming, head of international research, who will focus on harnessing and growing sector specialisms.
Join the Dots underwent a management buyout in May 2017, led by Quentin Ashby and Graeme Lawrence.
Ashby, managing director at Join the Dots, said: “Aimee plays a vital role at Join the Dots in ensuring we put as much effort into retaining and developing our people as we do in attracting new talent. Our people are key to helping our clients understand their customers and as a result make better business decisions.”
The company has appointed seven new starters since the beginning of the year, including research director Ellie Osborne and research manager Lauren Hall.
