UK – Consumer research platform Attest has released a new video response tool for qualitative and quantitative research.

Video Responses is based on artificial intelligence (AI) and can be added to surveys, with the AI used to provide automated transcripts from videos as well as a screening function to remove poor-quality content.

Attest is a consumer research platform that was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in London and New York.

Jeremy King, chief executive and founder at Attest, said: “Organising research can be an expensive and time consuming task; especially detailed, in-depth interviews or focus groups with customers or target customers. Because of this, brands do qualitative research very rarely or not at all.

“We wanted to make qual research much more accessible by facilitating a way to collect real video-based responses digitally. Now we have enhanced our platform to enable video responses, gathering qual data is as easy as sending a text message.”
