Barratt Developments appoints BritainThinks to stakeholder survey task

UK — Barratt Developments has appointed research and strategy specialists BritainThinks to examine stakeholder attitudes to housing in London.

BritainThinks will work closely with Barratt’s London team to introduce a research programme that will help potential buyers and local residents understand the importance that the residential developers are placing on its work in the capital city.

Patrick Law, director of corporate affairs at Barratt Developments, said: “Barratt already has considerable experience of the London marketplace built up over a long period of time. This project will build on that expertise and ensure that we have a detailed picture of underlying issues and trends.”

Deborah Mattinson, founder and director of BritainThinks, added: “New housing is rapidly emerging as one of the biggest challenges facing the capital and we are delighted to be working with Barratt on this project.”
