BDRC hires Lea as experience design director
Lea will be responsible for building and developing expertise in the usability and user experience areas as well as supporting clients with their digital developments and consumer understanding across digital.
He has worked within research and insight for more than 25 years for both clients and agencies. He has been global insight director at Dyson and was most recently head of innovation insight at Market Gravity as well as working for BBC Worldwide, Kraft and Nielsen.
BDRC Group CEO, Cris Tarrant, said: "This represents a further development of our digital services, complementing other recent investments in data science and user testing."
