Behavioural Insights Team on recruitment drive

UK — The former Cabinet Office ‘nudge unit’ the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) has announced it is searching for a new head of energy and sustainability as part of a recruitment drive.

Along with a head of energy and sustainability, who will report directly to the managing director Owain Service, BIT is also looking for advisors at a range of levels.

Head of energy and sustainability is part of senior management leading, and expanding the team two or three fold over the next two years.

Principal advisors will lead policy areas and join the senior management team reporting either to Service or the chief executive, David Halpern. BIT is also looking to hire senior advisors and advisors operating below the principle advisor level.

In addition, the Behavioural Research Centre for Adult Skills and Knowledge and the Institute of Education’s National Research and Development Centre for adult literacy and numeracy are seeking a PhD candidate to work on a collaborative project.
