Brainstork adds AI and data collection features to platform
The upgrade includes asynchronous data collection, allowing users to collect data offline through tasks or prompts sent to participants via WhatsApp.
Artificial intelligence has also been added, including the auto-generation of transcriptions in more than 120 languages, inductive and deductive coding, sentiment analysis and exact/semantic search.
Users of the platform can also create video highlights reels from the AI outputs, Brainstork said.
Brainstork was founded in 2019 and is based in Berlin. The company has a client base in continental Europe and launched in the UK market earlier this year.
Eray Tufan, co-founder at Brainstork, said: “We have been working very closely with our clients on a design-led approach to our technology roadmap, and it was clear that they really wanted an end-to-end platform solution.
“We needed to include synchronous and asynchronous data collection, AI analytics and the ability to generate high quality video outputs quickly and efficiently, and we are excited that we can now bring this capability to our clients.
“As the market for ‘qual at scale’ becomes even larger, these solutions are going to be crucial for our clients to continue delivering deeper insights with greater speed.”
