BritainThinks promotes four
Lucy Morrell (pictured) and Raphael Malek both originally started at the company as interns in 2012 and 2014 respectively.
Morrell has helped improve BritainThinks’ approach to research with vulnerable audiences during her spell at the company.
Malek has worked with a number of prominent organisations during his time at BritainThinks, including Ofgem, McDonald’s and the Cabinet Office.
Teresa Kuhn and Phoebe Ward, who both also joined the company as interns, have also been promoted to senior research executives.
Deborah Mattinson, founding partner of BritainThinks, said: “We are thrilled to recognise the significance of the contribution that Raph and Lucy have made to BritainThinks’ outstanding and continued growth.
