Rhode (previously) had previously worked for BritainThinks for more than seven years but left a year ago to work as a senior research and consultation officer at the Greater London Authority (GLA).

At the GLA, she conducted research for policy teams, focusing on attitudes towards the environment, uptake of apprenticeships and adult education, and perceptions of regeneration.

In addition, the consultancy has hired Catrin Nichols as research executive. Nichols joins from IFF Research where she worked on a variety of projects, including large scale quantitative surveys and qualitative studies. She has experience across education, employment and finance.
