Brousseau made VP of Leger Digital

CANADA – Luc Brousseau has been appointed vice-president of Leger Digital leading the team in charge of customer experience management and its new online community platform.

As head of the Leger Digital division, he will oversee Leger Metrics and Leger Communities.

For the past 20 years, Brousseau (pictured) owned Lanla which specialised in mystery shopper programmes and measuring consumer experience. He has also consulted for several major Canadian brands.

Jean-Marc Léger, president of Leger, said: “Luc is the best consumer experience strategist in the country and will contribute to transforming consumer experience measurements into marketing intelligence and strategies.”
