Odavic (pictured) will oversee relationships with key clients in her new role, as well as generating new business opportunities.

Before joining Cobalt Sky, Odavic was senior client service manager at EyeSee, where she specialised in behavioural research.

Other prior roles include a spell as client success manager at OnePulse and positions at Impact Research Ltd and Norstat.
