Confirmit promotes Sporton to SVP CX innovation
Sporton joined the company in 2011 as vice-president of customer experience management. In her newly created role, she will be responsible for ensuring the continued delivery of the company’s customer experience technology and will drive new strategies in customer experience methodologies.
She will also work closely with Confirmit’s R&D and product management teams and be responsible for the company’s voice of the customer programme.
Michael Wooh, chief marketing officer at Confirmit, described the promotion as a “significant development” for the company. He added: “Claire’s unparalleled experience in delivering customer experience programmes to clients, particularly those in B2B markets, will stand her in good stead to lead our customer experience innovations and address a rapidly-evolving market.”
