Dachis Group acquires community builder Powered

US— Social business consultancy Dachis Group has acquired branded community builder Powered and its subsidiaries StepChange Group, Drillteam and Crayon.

Dachis said that deal would “significantly expand” its social business customer engagement practice.

Jeffrey Dachis (pictured), founder and CEO, said: “There is no escaping the impact of social business affecting every facet of every company at every level. It is clear that to be truly effective, companies must be able to engage customers wherever they are, on whatever device they utilise and in every way they can connect, communicate and participate across the entire social engagement spectrum.”
