Warby, formerly head of cultural strategy at CrowdDNA (pictured), will be responsible for protecting and developing Davies+mckerr’s culture and creating the conditions where people feel equipped to do their best work.

The business has been an employee-owned trust since 2023. Warby is tasked with amplifying the sense of ownership for employees and boosting how the agency develops its staff.

She will also have a remit to embed diversity, equity and inclusion into the agency.

As part of the senior leadership team, Warby will report to joint managing partners Shaun Barton and Tom Anderson.

Barton said: "This role is essential for our future, and crucial for agencies like ours to thrive in this new world of work. As head of culture, Laura will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our company culture, ensuring that our values are at the core of everything we do as we grow."
