Prior to his decade at the bank, he was a strategy consultant, primarily working at Corporate Value Associates and advising clients in the finance, pharmaceutical, government, manufacturing, and energy sectors.

Dhruba Gupta, DBM’s founder and managing director, will continue to focus on business development and advancing the company’s DBM Atlas, the ongoing consumer survey for the financial services sector.

Chris Riquier, chief executive international of DBM’s holding group, Illuminera, said: “We are enthusiastic to have someone of Kipling’s calibre to accelerate DBM’s growth. His industry knowledge, leadership, and advisory capabilities will be critical for progressing the DBM journey.”
