Delighted adds survey tool
Founded in 2013, Delighted’s customer experience platform offers measurement tools for companies to gather feedback, including NPS-based survey templates for customer and employee research.
The new tool, ‘Delighted Surveys’ allows users of the platform to develop and customise online surveys and report and share feedback findings.
It differs from the company’s previous survey offerings, based on pre-set templates.
Delighted said it will be developing its generative AI approach over the course of the next year, "to make it faster and easier to create high quality surveys and get value from them".
Qualtrics acquired Delighted in 2018. The platform is used by companies including PayPal, Allbirds and Doordash.
