Deloitte, SAP and Qualtrics partner on experience data

US – Deloitte Digital has partnered with business software company SAP and experience data business Qualtrics to offer a customer and employee experience tool for businesses.

The partnership will bring together operational and experiential data, help companies gather experience data and connect it between siloes.

The move expands Deloitte Digital’s existing partnership with SAP, which completed its acquisition of Qualtrics in January.

Scott Mager, principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP and leader of the company’s US advertising, marketing and commerce offering, said: "By collaborating with SAP and Qualtrics, we can more effectively and efficiently build and leverage connections between people, systems, data and products to create more personalised, contextual experiences at scale."

John Torreychief ecosystem officer, Qualtrics, added that the tie-up would "accelerate the experience management category and bring it all together on the Qualtrics XM Platform".
