Differentology names strategic insights director
Sommerville (pictured) had been working freelance as a qualitative research specialist and content strategist, and was previously at Flamingo.
In addition to a 20 year career in qualitative research, Sommerville has also worked as a brand and content strategist in start-ups and published five books and two podcasts focused on midlife, work culture and relationships.
In her new role, Sommerville will be developing strategic insight work in fast-moving consumer goods and the midlife space.
The appointment follows a number of other recent staff additions at Differentology, including directors Emma McInnes, Sam Robertson and Chloe Peacock.
Lizzie Gilthorpe, managing director at Differentology, said: “We’re thrilled to be further expanding our strategic insight team.
“The depth of expertise and range of specialisms we’ve been able to bring together bolsters our strength in creative collaboration.”
