Anna Walton has also been promoted to senior research executive, having been a research executive at the business for around two years.
The two promotions also follow six recent appointments, including five newly-created research executive roles: Becky Yates, Chloe Francis-Holmes, Fergus Walsh, Krystal Drake, Laura Machin and Lauren Baynham.
Aidan Dodgson has also joined Differentology’s data team as an executive.
Differentology is headquartered in Newcastle and has an additional office in London, and the firm focuses on strategic consultancy and primary research.
Mark James, chief executive of Differentology, said: “All of our new starters add something unique to the existing team. It’s going to be hugely exciting to see how they grow as people, and help to drive the business forward.
“We’ve always believed in a ‘fresh eyes’ approach, where new team members are in a great position to spot and implement something new, we may have missed, as we all strive to make the business better.”
Lizzie Gilthorpe, managing director of Differentology, said: “Both Oksana and Anna have been a key part of Differentology’s success, and we’re thrilled and proud to see them rise.”
