Dig Insights hires EVP for market expansion and foresight

UK – Insights and innovation company Dig Insights has appointed Joanna Lepore to the newly-created role of executive vice-president of global market expansion and foresight.

Lepore (pictured) will work to expand Dig Insights’ global presence, initially focusing on Asia-Pacific, and has a background in strategic expansion, marketing and foresight.

Before taking up her new role, Lepore was founder at Foresight Inside Group and ran the Looking Outside podcast.

Other prior experience includes a spell as global director, foresight and capabilities exploration at McDonalds and roles at companies including Mars, General Mills and Devondale Murray Goulburn.

Paul Gaudette, chief executive and co-founder at Dig Insights, said: “Jo brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and client-side experience that will be invaluable as we continue to expand our presence globally.

“Her expertise will not only help us tap into new markets but also enhance our ability to design future-focused solutions for our clients.”
