Finn (pictured) will lead the company’s account team in her new role and oversee all client relationships and engagements.

In addition, Finn will lead Directions’ client service, marketing and business intelligence functions and will report to its chief executive, Jim Lane.

Before taking up her new role, Finn was senior vice-president and led Directions’ travel and hospitality division and shopper practice, as well as serving on the company’s board of directors and executive committee.

Finn has been at Directions since June 2016, before which she was a senior-level consultant and strategic partner at Kantar.

Directions Inc is a collective of insights brands headquartered in Cincinnati, US, and offering quantitative, qualitative and management consulting tools through the brands Directions, Seek Company and Aimpoint Research.

Lane said: “I am thrilled to welcome Beth to the executive team of Directions Inc and look forward to her fresh perspective as we build on the strengths of our three-brand organisation.

“Beth’s client focus, leadership, talent and drive to deliver value will be invaluable to our organisation as we navigate our industry’s future opportunities and challenges.”
